Car Rider Dismissal: Late Pickup Procedures

All car riders should be picked up at the PPHS parking lot between 4:10-4:20. Please park in a parking spot and wait for your scholar to arrive to avoid blocking others from exiting. 

Please note that our teachers go off duty at 4:20 PM. If you are unable to pick up your scholar by this time, please follow these late pickup procedures:

  • Arriving between 4:20 PM and 4:45 PM: Please pick up your scholar on the east side of the cafeteria. As you enter the gate, provide your scholar’s name to the staff member with the radio.

  • Arriving after 4:45 PM: Scholars will be moved back to the front of the school for pickup.
